I would like to say Thank You to the many families, friends, and visitors who attended Christmas 2009, and New Year’s 2010 events at Classiqué International. Your business was greatly appreciated. We look forward to your continued support at Classiqué as we strive to improve the venue to make it more appealing and comfortable to accommodate your many needs.
Dominicans experienced an unusual but safe and enjoyable Christmas season. The 2009 election ended safely and peacefully with promises of actions, which are expected to affect us economically and socially, for example, while the country moves progressively forward to the next higher level.
The Christmas Eve party hosted by Club DVD Super Sound System was well attended and everyone had a great time.
A special thank you to the Wesley Christian Union Church for hosting their Christmas dinner at Classiqué. We hope that our services met or exceeded your expectations, and that Classiqué International, will be considered as the chosen venue for your future events.
Our Christmas and New Year’s Children’s parties were well attended, and, as usual, children had a fun filled afternoon playing and dancing with their other friends. Hosting the children’s party is one of my most desired events because the children look forward to this event and they certainly know how to party. The most difficult thing to do is end the party because the children are never ready to go home.
Our final party of the season (Black and White Affair), was held on Friday, 8th December. Many people came nicely dressed in their Black and White outfits which looked quite spectacular. We brought back the old Classiqué style dancing and fun that we were used to, and which people have been requesting. The Super Sonic System from Wesley (Dj Poblack, DJ Dez and DJ Scratch) provided the kind of music we expected—— party goers had a lovely time dancing to the combination of old and current non-stop music. Just imagine, several party goers who were already out of the gate on their way home, returned to the dance floor because the music was so enticing and it was very difficult to leave.
I must admit, I personally had a lovely time dancing out on the deck under the bright shinning stars and lovely weather. When the music finally stopped, several of us sat around just talking and having a good old time like we had done in the past. It was good to see and hear people talking about the party and how much they had enjoyed themselves.
My intention is to continue entertaining in an environment, which is classic, clean, safe, and respectful to each person who decides to come to Classiqué to have a good time and enjoy music, which is non violent, free of profanity, and does not insight violence against each other. PEACE AND LOVE WITH NO PROFANITY AND VIOLENCE IS OUR MOTOR.
